Quarto 1.9 adds native support for deploying to Connect Cloud with quarto publish.

Quarto version 1.9 introduces native support for publishing to Connect Cloud via the Quarto CLI. Run quarto publish from your project directory to select Connect Cloud and deploy Quarto documents, websites, books, and dashboards directly from the command line.
