Is it possible to run a scheduled job on shinyapps.io?

At this time, we do not support running scheduled jobs such as cron jobs on shinyapps.io as it is not designed to keep a process running indefinitely. We’d recommend instead hosting it on Posit Connect Cloud which supports scheduling for deployed documents and applications.
