Large file uploads for Support tickets

Description

Support tickets and emails have a file size limit that can prevent you from sending large files to Posit Support. Use the following URL to upload files up to 250 MB:

https://posit-support.shinyapps.io/upload/

Solution

  1. Access https://posit-support.shinyapps.io/upload/.
  2. Enter your ticket ID in the Ticket # field.
  3. Select Browse to locate the file you want to upload.
  4. Select your zipped file and click Open to upload the file.

You will receive a confirmation when the file has successfully uploaded.
