Account management

When you are logged in to Posit AI, you have access to the following account management features from the left sidebar of the Posit AI app.

Home

Your Posit AI home page provides an overview of your account, including your subscription status and usage information. If you are on a free trial, you can also upgrade to the Pro plan.

Upgrading

To upgrade your account from a free trial to a Pro plan, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Posit AI home page.
  2. Click Get Pro Plan.
  3. Follow the prompts to enter your payment information, agree to the terms, and complete the upgrade process.

Billing

Click Billing in the left sidebar to view your billing history, manage your payment methods, and update your billing information.

Account deletion

If you need to delete your Posit AI account, contact Support.

Engage with the Posit AI community by visiting the Posit AI community forum to ask questions, share feedback, and connect with other users.
